Planning and Zoning Commission

The Commission will meet next at 6:00pm on April 23rd at the Mandeville City Hall Council Chambers, 3101 E. Causeway Approach. If you would like additional information, please contact Alex Weiner at aweiner@cityofmandeville.com or call 985-624-3103.

Case packets are available the Friday before Commission Work Sessions. Packets can be found here. Public comments pertaining to cases can be submitted to: aweiner@cityofmandeville.com. Please submit any email comments by 3:30pm the day before the meeting.

The Planning and Zoning Commission holds regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, beginning at 6:00 p.m., with the exception of November and December. During those months, the commission will only meet once, on the second Tuesday of the month.

Click here for the Comprehensive Land Use Regulations Ordinance (CLURO) (Adopted June 8, 2023) These land use regulations have been developed in accordance with the City of Mandeville's adopted Comprehensive Land Use Plan for the implementation of the goals and policies of the community stated therein and for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, welfare, and aesthetics of the community.

The Planning and Zoning Commission provisions are outlined under the CLURO sec 2.1- 2.2.8. Members are appointed by the City Council and serve staggered seven year terms.
