Start/Stop City Water, Sewer, and Garbage Services

Our staff at city hall will be happy to assist you in applying for new services or to cancel existing services.  Our office at 3101 East Causeway Approach is open Monday through Friday,
9 am - 4:30 pm.

To cancel your city services or if you have questions about your water bill please stop by City Hall or give us a call at  985-626-3144.

Starting or stopping a service request must be made by 4:00 pm the business day before. Online requests will not be fulfilled on weekends or holidays. To request same day service please call City Hall at 985-626-3144.
 

Below are the deposit amounts required with your application (see below) for city utility (water, sewer, garbage) services.

Residential Renter: $75.00 Deposit + $25.00 Water service charge

Commercial Owner: $80.00 Deposit+ $25.00 Water service charge

Commercial Renter: $125.00 Deposit + $25.00 Water service charge

Check, Cash or Money Orders only for new service fees
