REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - TIME, ATTENDANCE, & SCHEDULING SYSTEM

The City of Mandeville is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to firms/individuals qualified to provide information and industry feedback for a Time, Attendance, and Scheduling System. The City will use information obtained from this RFI to solicit a solution that is most advantageous to the City through a Request for Proposals process.
This RFI shall in no way be interpreted as an Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) or Request for Proposals (“RFP”) and any information obtained as a result of this RFI may or may not be used by the City to develop a future IFB or RFP.
In compliance with the Louisiana Public Records Law (La.R.S. 44:1 et seq.) all submissions to the City will be available through Public Information Requests, with the exclusion of trade secrets and proprietary information. However, firms submitting a response to this RFI must invoke the protection of this section before or upon submission of the data or other materials to be protected and state the reasons why protection is necessary. An all-inclusive statement that the entire response is proprietary is not acceptable for this purpose.
Interested firms shall submit their information package according to the included specifications via email to purchasing@cityofmandeville.com no later than Friday, May 5, 2023, by 5:00 PM CST.
