ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CITY OF MANDEVILLE, LOUISIANA

The City of Mandeville is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms to conduct a comprehensive review, reconciliation, and remediation of the City’s capital asset schedules. This project supports year-end FY2025 financial reporting and audit readiness and must be completed no later than December 31, 2025.

The City maintains two separate capital asset schedules: one for General Governmental Funds (including the General Fund and Street Construction Fund), and one for the Enterprise Fund. The selected firm must review and reconcile each schedule independently and support consolidated reporting. The City also intends to implement the modified approach under GASB 34 for eligible infrastructure systems.

Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM CST on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, and may be submitted by:
