REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATION
ENGINEERING SERVICES ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS
FISCAL YEAR 2026 *supplemental*
Deadline for Submission: Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM
The City of Mandeville is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from individuals or firms interested and qualified to provide professional engineering services pursuant to the City of Mandeville's capital improvement projects on an as-needed basis.
*Firms currently included on the City’s pre-qualified list are not required to submit a new Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) unless they intend to demonstrate expertise in newly added service categories. If a firm is uncertain regarding the date of its last submission, it is strongly advised to resubmit an SOQ to ensure continued placement on the list.*
Project disciplines for which services are generally required shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Public Works projects such as roadways construction and repair, drainage, etc.
- Utilities projects such as wastewater systems, water distribution systems, lift stations, etc.
- Facilities projects such as buildings and building maintenance, recreation maintenance
- Flood protection projects
- Hazard mitigation projects
- Electrical system projects such as lighting systems, backup power & emergency systems, power distribution & infrastructure, instrumentation & controls, technology & special systems, electrical impact studies, etc.
- Geotechnical engineering and services
- Material testing services
- Construction engineering and inspection (CE&I)
Deadline for Submission: Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM
All services shall be provided on an as-needed basis, and there shall be no guarantee as to the amount of work the individual(s) or firm(s) will be assigned during the term of the agreement.
The City of Mandeville will maintain an "Approved Engineering Services Consultants List". The resulting pre-qualified list shall be effective for a period of not less than 24 months. As capital improvement projects arise, firms will be selected based on the necessary qualifications for the specific project.
