REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

ELECTRICAL REPAIRS FOLLOWING A DISASTER/EMERGENCY

Quotations will be received until the hour of 11:00 A.M., local time, Wednesday, August 3, 2022, in the office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, Mandeville, Louisiana, 3101 East Causeway Approach, Mandeville, LA 70448; for furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, etc., and performing all work necessary to complete ELECTRICAL REPAIRS FOLLOWING A DISASTER/EMERGENCY for the City of Mandeville.

This is a standby contract and will be activated and deactivated at the discretion of the Mayor. Firms responding to this RFQ must have the capacity and resources to fulfill the requirements of this Scope of Work.

Submit entire quote package in duplicate. Duplicate can be a copy.

All applicable laws, ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over this purchase shall apply to the contract throughout. All regulations and policies applicable to the FEMA Public Assistance program shall be included in the contract.
