REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE REGULATION ORDINANCE REVISION
The City of Mandeville will accept sealed proposals until the hour of 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 21, 2022, from qualified land use planning consultants interested in contracting with the City to provide COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE REGULATION ORDINANCE REVISION.
The City wishes to address multiple sections of its Comprehensive Land Use Regulation Ordinance (“CLURO”). Specifically, the City of Mandeville will undergo an update to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan within the 2022-2023 Budget year.
The City of Mandeville desires to produce regulations that address contemporary practices; are easily understood by administrators, the public, and the development community. The revisions will need to address areas of the code that are deficient, outdated, overly complex, or conflict with itself or other City codes. It is the intent of the City of Mandeville to select a single consultant to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Proposals.
Interested parties may obtain the solicitation package or submit written inquiries by calling the Purchasing Agent, 985-626-3144 ext. 202, or by emailing purchasing@cityofmandeville.com. Written inquiries must be submitted no later than September 12, 2022, at 2:00 P.M., CST.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. The meeting link will be provided in an addendum no later than 24 hours prior to the conference. The addendum will be available via www.centralauctionhouse.com, www.cityofmandeville.com, and the Louisiana Procurement and Contract Network (LAPAC) website at wwwcfprd.doa.louisiana.gov/osp/lapac/pubmain.cfm.
