Special Events

The city of Mandeville is host to an array of special events throughout the year. Organizations or individuals holding special events on city property must complete a Special Events application.  Special Event applications must be approved administratively and by the City Council.  For this reason, applications must be submitted at least ninety (90) days prior to the event.

Read the guidelines and complete the application, which is now fillable and email to acasborne@cityofmandeville.com.

If you are  planning to serve or sell alcohol during the event, you must complete the Mandeville Special Events Liquor Application.  After Council approval city clerk will provide the applicant with a letter of approval to complete the required ATC Special Event Alcohol Permit Application.   ATC will not approve an application without the approval letter from the City.​
