Coronavirus Alert Update

To all Citizens:

City Hall will continue services as employees work from home in keeping with the Governor’s request.  During office hours, call, 985-626-3144.

You can also directly dial the following departments:

Planning and zoning:  985-634-3103, Tickets and Mayor’s Court: 985-3102, Water and billing:  985-624-3113

For after hour emergencies, call our dispatch at 985-626-9711.  For police emergencies, dial 911.

Current issues of importance:

Garbage pick up will not include recycling until further notice.

All playgrounds and parks are closed, including the lakefront, except for exercising on the walking path.  No picnicking, gathering, hammocks or chairs allowed.

No tree cutting is allowed unless the tree contractor has a permit from the City of Mandeville on his person at the scene.

Water bills may be paid by check or money order made out to the City of Mandeville by mail or dropped in the box marked water bills in the back of City Hall.  They will be collected daily. You may also pay online on our website, www.cityofmandeville.com.  For new applications, on this website, click on city services and go to water, sewer and garbage.  That page will give you all the information you need.  Applications and check or money order can be dropped off in the back drop box.

Traffic tickets may be paid in the same manner.  No cash payments are accepted.
