To help you “wrap up” your holiday gift list in Mandeville, the Trailhead Market will have two weekends of extended hours for your holiday shopping. On Saturday, December 12th, the market will be open from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and on Saturday, December 19th, the market will be open from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and AGAIN from 3:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Also on Saturday, December 12th, the Old Mandeville Business Association is hosting their Christmas Past Holiday Market on Girod Street from 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. and Santa will be at the Lang House at 605 Carroll Street from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Wreaths Across America, a national program which honors fallen U.S. veterans by placing Christmas wreaths on their gravesites, will conduct a ceremony at the Mandeville Cemetery in the 1600 block of Montgomery Street, one block off of U.S. 190/Florida Street, at noon on Saturday, December 19th. The program’s mission is to remember our fallen U.S. soldiers, honor those who serve, and teach our children the value of freedom.
