- Applications received when there is not an opening for the Job Title listed on the application will be kept on file for up to six months.
- Applicants will be notified by mail when a test is administered for a position which they have applied for and meet the minimum job requirements.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT TRAINING
In the Louisiana Senate Concurrent Resolution 107 passed in 2012, the Louisiana Senate resolved that all state agencies should provide one hour of sexual harassment training to each public employee and official each calendar year. Each City of Mandeville employee and official must complete the statutorily mandated sexual harassment training each calendar year.
