Applications received when there is not an active recruitment for the Job Title listed on the application will be kept on file for up to six months.

ETHICS TRAINING 
Louisiana Revised Statute 42:1170, requires all public employees complete one hour of training on the Code of Governmental Ethics each calendar year. Each City of Mandeville employee and official must complete the required ethics training each calendar year.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT TRAINING
In the Louisiana Senate Concurrent Resolution 107 passed in 2012, the Louisiana Senate resolved that all state agencies should provide one hour of sexual harassment training to each public employee and official each calendar year. Each City of Mandeville employee and official must complete the statutorily mandated sexual harassment training each calendar year. Gretchen McKinney, SPHR, IPMA-CP, Director of Personnel is named as the City's designate to provide this training to City employees. She can be reached at hr@cityofmandeville.com or 985-626-3144.
