P17-12-13  Recommendation to the City Council regarding Ordinance 17-39 amending the CLURO, Section 3.3,General Definitions of the Land Use Regulations and providing for other matters in connection therewith

Amend definitions of Section 111. Impervious Coverage and Section 112. Impervious Surfaces

P17-12-14  Recommendation to the City Council regarding Ordinance 17-41 amending the CLURO Section 8.1.5, Supplemental Regulations of Accessory Buildings and Structures, and providing for other matters in connection therewith

Amend accessory structure regulation to increase setback from 3 to 5

R17-12-05  Marigny 3G, LLC requests a resubdivision of two parcels of ground situated in square 54 into lots 1A and 1B, zoned R-1

Announcement that written notice of decisions regarding zoning variances will be filed in the Board's office the following day of this meeting at which time applicable appeal time will begin to run. 

New Business

V17-12-32  Alejandro and Tracy Gonzalez requests a variance to Section 9.235.2,Vegetation Protection Zone and Section 7.5.1.3, R-1 Site Development Regulations, lots 5 and 6, square 77, 435 Atalin Street, zoned R-1

Allow the construction of a single family residence to encroach into the dripline of existing live oak trees and encroach 10 into 25 front yard setback

V17-12-33  Harbor Market, LLC/Chipotle Mexican Grill requests a variance to Section 10.5.3.4, Attached Signs, Table 10.5.3.3, Rules for Attached signs in Combined Use and Non-Residential Zoning Districts, and 10.5.3.5, Multi-Occupant Premises and Large Development Sites, 3810 Highway 22, zoned B-2

Allow an additional 25 square foot attached wall sign 

V17-12-34  Ben and Christine Collier request a variance to Section 5.2.3.2, Drainage Overlay District, Fill Sub-Area A, southern of lot 28 and lot 29, square 5, West Beach Parkway Subdivision, 212 West Beach Parkway, zoned R-1

Allow a slab elevation of 4.5 msl instead of the proposed 3.2 msl for the purpose of proper drainage

V17-12-35  Marigny 3G, LLC requests a variance to Section 4.2.4.5(3), Provisions for Legally Non-Conforming Lots of Record and Section 7.5.1.3, R-1 Site Development Regulations, two parcels of ground situated in square 54, proposed lots 1A and 1B, zoned R-1

Create a 40 access to proposed lot 1B where the lot faces the Tammany Trace and cannot provide a driveway crossing the Tammany Trace reducing the size of proposed lot 1A 

V17-12-36  Jaime Teachout requests a variance to Section 5.2.3.2, Drainage Overlay District, Fill Sub-Area a, a parcel of ground in square 4, 1716 Claiborne Street, zoned R-1

Allow a slab elevation of 18 above grade for the purpose of property drainage due to the flat nature of the lot to avoid standing water

V17-12-37  FDIC As Receiver for First NBC Bank requests a variance to Section 7.5.10, B-3 Old Mandeville Business District, Article 9, Parking and Landscaping and Section 4.2, Non-Conforming Provisions, Place de Marigny Condominiums, lot 5A, square 2, 1916 Lakeshore Drive, zoned B-3                                              Applicant has requested to withdraw the application

Allow construction of a 3 unit condominium building to complete the previously proposed project where condominiums are no longer allowed within 120 of the northern right-of-way of Lakeshore Drive, increased density not allowed from previous regulations when first permitted, setback and rear buffer not allowed from previous regulations when first permitted, and driveway width 

V17-12-38  Jorge and Margie Goris requests a variance to Section 7.5.1.3, R-1 Site Development Regulations, lot 11B, square 9, 1912 Jefferson Street, zoned R-1

Allow the rear porch to encroach into the rear yard setback having an impervious coverage of 48.6% where 45% is allowed

SUP17-12-07  FDIC As Receiver for First NBC Bank requests a Special Use Permit to Section 6.2.6, Condominium Residential, Place de  Marigny Condominiums, lot 5A, square 2, 1919 Lakeshore Drive, zoned B-3

Allow construction of a three unit condominium building                Applicant has requested to withdraw the application

Z18-01-02  Recommendation to the City Council regarding Ordinance 17-45 to amend the official zoning map to effect the rezoning of a certain property designated as part of lots 79 and 80, Pine Place Subdivision, City of Mandeville, St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana from B-2, Highway Business District and designating and assigning the property for purposes of zoning as R-1, Single Family Residential District; and providing for other matters in connection therewith
