P17-10-09 Recommendation to the City Council regarding Ordinance 17-31, an ordinance to amend the Mandeville Code Of Ordinances and Appendix A thereto to the Comprehensive Land Use Regulations Ordinance; to amend and re-ordain Section 9-42(a) And Section 10-95(1) of the Code of Ordinances and Section 8.1.7(4) and 9.1.12 of Appendix A, the Comprehensive Land Use Regulations Ordinance and to establish and ordain Section 8.1.15 Of Appendix A of the Mandeville Code of Ordinances, the Comprehensive Land Use ordinance relative to the parking of recreational vehicles and boat trailers, the collection of costs to abate nuisances on private property, the storage of certain automobiles and the storage of items on private property and to provide for related matters

P17-10-10  Recommendation to the City Council regarding Ordinance 17-32 to effect the annexation of lots 3-A, 4-A and 5-A situated in the northeast of square 117, square 51, T8S, R11E, St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana into the corporate limits of the City of Mandeville designating and assigning the property for purposes of zoning as R-1X, Single Family Residential District and providing for other matters in connection therewith

Annexation of three lots developed as single family residences on Orleans Street in accordance with City Council Resolution 16-42/Cooperative Endeavor
