Announcement that written notice of decisions regarding zoning variances will be filed in the Board's office the following day of this meeting at which time applicable appeal time will begin to run.

Old Business

V17-09-27  Cayman Sinclair requests a variance to Section 8.1.5, Supplemental Regulation of Accessory Buildings and Structures, square 33, 300 Carroll Street, zoned R-1               Request table         

Variance to allow the construction of a swimming pool less than 60 from the front property line                      

NEW BUSINESS

V17-09-29  John Crosby, LLC requests a variance to Section 5.2.3.2(1), Drainage Overlay and Fill SubArea A, (1) Grading and Fill, Crystal Lake Pond, Parcel U, Sanctuary Subdivision, Phase 3B, zoned O.

Increase the berm height on the south end of the Crystal Lake Pond to allow water to remain in the pond and increase aquatic life

V17-09-30 The Peyton Crowell Petit Trust; the Robert L. Petit, III Trust and the Mary Luckett Petit Trust/Hancock Bank of Louisiana requests variances to Section 4.2.3, Provisions for Legally Non-Conforming Development Sites, Article 9, Parking and Landscaping, and Section 7.5.9.3, B-2 Site Development Regulations, 3210 Highway 190, zoned B-2

Expansion of the existing building for the installation of an elevator and stairwell, addition of a canopy cover over last drive up lane for an ATM, encroachment into the setbacks with the existing building and previous coverage greater than 75%. 

V17-09-31  137 Girod LLC/Scott Wolfe requests a variance to Section 7.5.10, B-3 Site Development Regulations, Article 9, Parking and Landscaping, and Section 4.2.3, Provisions for Legally Non-Conforming Development Sites,  lot 16, square 2, 137 Girod Street, zoned B-3

Reduction in the north side setback to 5-7 from the property line and front yard setback to 10 from the property line to allow the addition of a deck around the building

P17-10-09 Recommendation to the City Council regarding Ordinance 17-31, an ordinance to amend the Mandeville Code Of Ordinances and Appendix A thereto to the Comprehensive Land Use Regulations Ordinance; to amend and re-ordain Section 9-42(a) And Section 10-95(1) of the Code of Ordinances and Section 8.1.7(4) and 9.1.12 of Appendix A, the Comprehensive Land Use Regulations Ordinance and to establish and ordain Section 8.1.15 Of Appendix A of the Mandeville Code of Ordinances, the Comprehensive Land Use ordinance relative to the parking of recreational vehicles and boat trailers, the collection of costs to abate nuisances on private property, the storage of certain automobiles and the storage of items on private property and to provide for related matters
